Delete your account
PULL UP KING — developed by bd6000 (package com.bd6000.pullup)
From inside the app
- Open PULL UP KING and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The request runs immediately. You do not need to contact us.
By email
If you cannot sign in, write to bd6000dev@gmail.com
from the address on the account. Put “Delete my account” in the subject.
We answer within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Account and sign-in identity (email address, account identifier)
- Workout history — sets, reps, timings, goals
- Program level and progress
- Set videos stored on your phone are removed when you uninstall the app; they are never uploaded to us
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records — kept for 5 years. Tax and consumer-protection law requires it, and we cannot delete them on request.
- Crash and usage logs — no longer tied to your account, and deleted automatically within 14 months.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in
Google Play → Subscriptions, or in the App Store on iOS.

- 풀업킹을 열고 로그인합니다.
- 설정으로 들어갑니다.
- 계정 삭제를 누르고 확인합니다.
바로 처리됩니다. 따로 연락하지 않아도 됩니다.
이메일로
로그인할 수 없으면 계정에 등록된 주소에서
bd6000dev@gmail.com로 보내 주세요.
제목에 “계정 삭제”라고 적어 주시면 됩니다. 30일 이내에 답합니다.
지워지는 것
- 계정과 로그인 정보(이메일 주소, 계정 식별자)
- 운동 기록 — 세트·개수·시각·목표
- 프로그램 레벨과 진행 상황
- 세트 영상은 휴대폰 안에만 있습니다. 앱을 지우면 같이 지워지고, 저희 서버로 올라가지 않습니다.
남는 것과 보관 기간
- 결제 기록 — 5년. 세법과 전자상거래법이 요구하므로 요청으로 지울 수 없습니다.
- 오류·사용 로그 — 계정과의 연결이 끊기고, 14개월 안에 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
계정을 지워도 구독은 해지되지 않습니다. Google Play → 정기 결제에서,
iOS는 App Store에서 해지해 주세요.
